The first step into any coaching relationship with me is a Groundwork Call - a low-cost, no-pressure space to connect and get to know each other.

During this call, we will:

  • Connect — Meet each other, settle in, and talk about what’s been coming up for you.

  • Explore — Share what you’re navigating (burnout, identity shifts, authenticity, clarity) and what you’re hoping to feel instead.

  • Discuss — Ask questions, learn how my coaching works, and explore whether this support feels aligned.

  • Decide — You choose your next step, if any. No pressure, no commitment.

This call is simply a grounded moment to breathe, talk, and be heard — and to see whether working together feels supportive for where you are right now.

After the Groundwork: Your Coaching Path

After our call, you’ll have a clearer sense of what you’re navigating and what kind of support feels most nourishing. From there, you can choose one of three coaching paths. Each option is offered on a sliding scale, and you choose the pacing that fits your life — weekly, bi‑weekly, monthly, or as needed.
